I came up with ‘Inch by Inch’ for this tracker because being consistent with habits takes time, and it's okay to go at our own pace — inch by inch.
Each element on the cover is inspired by some of the habits I picked up at different points in time and have gradually become consistent with. And if I can do it, you can too.
