1. What do you mean when you say the products are hand-illustrated?

We are glad that you are curious about our creative process. Each design is first hand-painted on paper, after which it is digitally designed and printed on various products.

2. What products do you sell?

You can buy Journals , notebooks, customized tote bags, coasters, greeting cards, mugs and other productivity tools such as notepads, weekly planners, daily planners, habit trackers and more.

If you are looking to buy daily planners online along with other paper products and stationery, you can explore our collection of feel good hand-illustrated products.

We are working on expanding our product range to products like Tote bags, Coffee mugs and more. Follow us @skyforapalette on Instagram to stay updated! :)

3. Do you take other custom illustration requests?

Yes, we do! Whether it’s custom artwork, wedding invites, or brand collaborations, write to us with your idea on alifiya@skyforapalette.com

4. How long will my order take?

All orders usually get shipped within 2-4 working days. So, you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days. Remote locations might take longer.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped.

5. Do you ship all across India?

Yes, we ship to most cities and towns across India! Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to you safely and on time, so you can go ahead and place an order without any worry.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally and would love to send out parcels across the globe!

While we’re not accepting international orders directly through our website at the moment, we’d be happy to help place a manual order for you. Please write to us at hello@skyforapalette.com with your order request and have a look at our Shipping Policy to know all the terms and conditions for international shipping!

7. I need to place an order that delivers soon/on an urgent basis — is that possible?

Yes, we can offer you an express delivery at an additional cost. Express delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, depending on your location.

You can opt for this option during Checkout.

8. Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?

We love shipping big! Write to us at hello@skyforapalette.com and help us with the details. You can also reach out to us from the Bulk Orders section on our website

9. I want a customized product, can you do that?

While we dont currently customize single pieces, bulk customisations and personalisations are possible. Feel free to write to us at hello@skyforapalette.com for customized product requests.

10. Do you create custom hampers or gift sets with your products?

Absolutely! We'd love to curate something special for your occasions, events, or thoughtful gifting needs. Whether it's for a celebration, client hamper, or something personal, we’re happy to be part of it.

11. Is there a minimum order quantity for the custom bulk orders/gifting?

For customized bulk orders or gifting (such as name or logo personalization, custom artwork, or special packaging), we usually require a minimum of 20 pieces. This applies to occasions like weddings, corporate events, workshops,return gifts and other special occasions.

The minimum quantity may vary slightly depending on the product and level of customization, so feel free to reach out and share your idea and we’ll guide you accordingly.

12. I placed an order but now I wish to cancel it, what can I do?

We are so sorry to hear that, but we don’t accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. We hope once your order reaches you, you will feel all the love and positive vibes that we sent along with our products.

13. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once an order is placed. But if you’d like to add something, you’re always welcome to place a second order — we’ll try our best to ship them together if possible!

14. I have received a damaged product. What should I do?

Uh oh! We are so sorry to hear this and apologise for the inconvenience. 

Please do not worry. Write to us at hello@skyforapalette.com along with high-res photos/ videos of the damaged product within 48hrs of receiving the product. We will look into it and replace the order for you at no additional cost.

15. What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel ?

- Our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.

- The courier partner will make a total of three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us. 

- Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, a re-shipping fee shall be charged to re-dispatch the order again to you. The parcel would be re-shipped only once the payment of the re-shipping fee is received.

16. My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What should I do ?

- If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, we request you to first check with or with your security / reception as due to restrictions, the courier partners may sometimes leave the parcels there.

- In case you still haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at hello@skyforapalette.com within 24 hrs of the status being marked as delivered in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.

- Please note - We may not be able to investigate with the courier service in this matter if the issue is informed to us after 24 hrs of delivery status being marked as delivered.

17. Can I include a personalized note with my order?

We’d be happy to add a handwritten note to your order — just leave your message in the notes section while adding the product to the cart, and we will add it along with your order, at no additional cost.

18. How can a person redeem the ‘Gift Card’ ?

Our gift cards are digital and sent via email. To redeem one, simply enter the unique code at checkout — the card value will be applied automatically.

If the order total exceeds the gift card amount, the balance can be paid using any of the available payment methods.

19. Do you conduct private or custom workshops for groups and corporate events?
