Refund Policy

As a small and growing business, we follow a Replacement Only Policy and do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer a Free Replacement Policy for your order within 2 days (48 hours) of product delivery only in the following cases:

1. You received a damaged product.

2. You received a wrong product.

3. The product has a manufacturing defect / or a visible fault

4. You received damaged products due to poor / damaged packaging / in transit damage.

5. You received incorrect items / missing items.

To be eligible for a replacement :

- Please write to us at hello@skyforapalette.com to facilitate the replacement of the product, within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

- The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition and with its original packaging

- We ask that you include your order ID in the email, a brief description of the issue, with images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. 

- Once approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Note: Replacement of the new product will only be processed / shipped / dispatched once we receive the returned defective product back to us in its specified condition.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing your replacement. You will receive an email notification when your replacement has been processed

No returns or exchanges are applicable for customized orders.

Non-Eligibility for Replacement : 

We do not offer replacements in the following cases:

- You changed your mind after delivery

- You do not like the product based on personal preference, after delivery.

- You report an issue after 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the returned product is used, opened, or not in its original condition or stated condition as described while creating the replacement.

Cancellation Policy

We don’t accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. 

We understand that mistakes can happen — if you notice any issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately at our support email - hello@skyforapalette.com. While we may not be able to cancel the order, we’ll do our best to assist you in any way we can before your package is shipped.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At Sky for a Palette, we put love and care into preparing each order, and as a small but growing business, every order truly matters to us. A lot of effort and time go into packing every order, and we pride ourselves on it.

We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase, as we do not support cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy helps us manage inventory, streamline operations, and continue offering our thoughtfully curated products to you.
