Sky for a Palette is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-12 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative.

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Prices

The prices indicated on Sky for a Palette are shown in Rupees and do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.

Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colors

At Sky for a Palette, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “Sky for a Palette” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on skyforapalette.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most skyforapalette.com products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.

Many of skyforapalette.com products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be 100% accurate.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to courts of Thane Jurisdiction only. Thane is a district located in the State of Maharashtra, India.

Shipping Policy

Following are the shipping charges pan India :

- Pre-paid orders above 1500/- : Free Delivery

- Pre-paid orders below 1500/- : Rs. 150 

Estimated delivery time - 5 -12 business days, depending on your PIN code. 

We offer the option of Express Delivery at an additional charge, if you wish to receive your order before our standard shipping timeline. Express delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

We ship our orders through several trusted third-party platforms depending on the location. We will always choose the most reliable and fastest courier available for your PIN code.

- Tracking details will be shared via email upon dispatch.

- Delays due to courier network issues are beyond our control, but we will raise a ticket to assist you with the resolution in the best possible way.

While we’re not accepting international orders directly through our website at the moment, we’d be happy to help place a manual order for you.

Replacement & Refund Policy - We offer a Replacement-Only Policy 

Replacement is offered only for products that are damaged, defective, missing items or incorrectly delivered. Requests must be raised via email with relevant photos and proofs within 48 hours of delivery.

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- Replacements are provided free of cost, with reverse pickup arranged.

- Products returned must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed on the website.
