Shipping Policy
At Sky for a Palette, we aim to deliver your products with care, speed, and reliability. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order -
Shipping & Delivery Timeline within India :
We ship all orders between 2-4 business days, which means you shall receive your order within a timespan of 7-10 business days Pan India. Shipping in remote areas might take slightly longer.
Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will also be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.
On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us
Shipping method:
We ship our orders through several trusted third-party platforms depending on the location. We will always choose the most reliable and fastest courier available for your PIN code.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
Delivery Fee :
Following are the shipping charges for pan-India:
- Pre-paid orders above 1500/- : Free Delivery
- Pre-paid orders below 1500/- : Rs. 150
We understand that some customers may prefer placing orders via the Cash on Delivery (COD) Mode. While we are not open to COD at the moment, we are working towards introducing the option soon.
Express Delivery :
We offer the option of Express Delivery at a flat fee of ₹175, if you wish to receive your order before our standard shipping timeline. Express delivery typically takes 2 – 4 working days, depending on your location.
Orders under this option are shipped via our priority courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC Air, or other fast air shipping modes available, depending on the delivery pincode.
While we always aim for the fastest possible dispatch and delivery of your order, please note that our pickups do not occur on Sundays or public holidays, which may affect the delivery timelines.
The express fee is non-refundable, even in case of courier network delays that are beyond our control.
However, we will always actively coordinate with the courier partner, raise a complaint if needed, and assist you with the best possible resolution in case your order breaches its promised delivery date under the Express Delivery Option.
Delayed Deliveries
- Once a package leaves our shipping facility, we rely completely on our courier partners for final delivery.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier network issues, regional disruptions, or logistical constraints.
- However, we will do our best to raise a support ticket and help expedite a resolution if any such delay or situation occurs.
Our goal is to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations.
Wrong or Incomplete address:
Kindly ensure to mention the complete address along with a landmark for the ease of delivery and smoother experience.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. The order will only be re-shipped after the re-shipping fee is paid in full.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
No refunds / replacement will be provided in case of non-delivery due to a wrong or incomplete address.
We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by -
- Incorrect/incomplete address or phone number
- Customer unavailable at time of delivery
- Delay in paying the re-shipping fee
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
While we’re not accepting international orders directly through our website at the moment, we’d be happy to help place a manual order for you. Please write to us at hello@skyforapalette.com with your order request.
International orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once the order is dispatched it takes about 3-4 weeks for the order to be delivered depending on the country. Final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.
Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to and will be communicated with you in advance. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well.
Custom duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged once the product reaches the destination country will be borne by the customer. Sky for a Palette will not be responsible for delays during customs check. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local custom office to know the custom duties for products for your country.
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
